The room looked much grander in the pictures than it felt in person. It was shabby and old, with no elevator, private parking, or information about Wi-Fi or restaurants. There was no breakfast, and every restaurant nearby was closed. I could hear my neighbor's entire Skype conversation, including the person on the other end, so sleeping without earplugs was impossible. They also charged 10 euros for the dog. Crazy.

For a cheap stay in Toul, it was clean and perfectly good, just not luxurious. Breakfast is served in the bar downstairs. It's the real France, which you'll either love or not.

Never again. It was dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable, and not worth the money. Brrr.

This was our second stay, but there won't be another. We booked for 65 euros and were charged 70.

The hotel was OK, but the staff weren't flexible when we tried to order food at the hotel for our group.
