The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price felt very fair for such a central spot. Major sights and restaurants are within walking distance, so it's a good choice if you want to explore Toulon on foot without spending much.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel costs far too much for what you get, and the place is very old and badly in need of renovation. The bathroom feels like it dates from the 1950s; the toilet seat and shower door were broken, and it wasn't very clean. There's no air conditioning, so you'd want to open a window, but the noise makes it impossible to sleep that way.

The staff were really nice and the location was very good. Still, there should be an elevator, since climbing to the fifth floor could be hard for some visitors.
