We raised the air conditioning and other problems with staff, who offered a free breakfast as compensation. We declined. I can only speak for this unit, not the company's other properties. Only one AC unit worked, upstairs in a bedroom, so the rest of the apartment was very uncomfortable. The bed was reasonably comfortable, to be fair, but the room was too hot. The apartment was tired, with poorly fitted laminate flooring, skirting boards coming away from the walls, and loose broken tiles in the ensuite bathroom. Other accommodation around the site looked similar, and some apartments seemed occupied for much longer stays than ours. The pool was on the small side and fine for cooling off, though it wasn't the cleanest I've seen. I guess it could work for a one-night stopover. The entrance and exit security gates make it fairly secure, and a touring group of bikers would probably be okay security-wise if they chained all the bikes together.

The hotel is close to the airport, and the rooms and location are good if you want something nice at a reasonable price. Staff were good too. Reception hours are limited, but everything was prepared ahead of time and we kept in touch by text. Don't order the breakfast. It's grocery items put in the fridge the night before, without even fresh bread.

From the outside it looked fine, but inside there were lots of problems. The blind wouldn't come down, the dishwasher dropped when opened, and the extractor hood had grease-filled filters, no light cover, and no smoke outlet. There were other things I can't remember. The cleaning was very poor, and the wall stayed dirty. I'll never come back.

We had a lovely stay at Appart City. The rooms were spacious enough, quiet, and clean, with all the cooking equipment provided. The reception team were friendly and helpful. We'd highly recommend it.

We had a very nice holiday in a comfortable, clean flat. The microwave gave us trouble, but staff came by and replaced it quickly. Thank you!
