The entrance code is essential for the car park, building, and room, but it was never provided. My check-in receipt just said “At Desk,” which didn’t help with the reception closed. The online check-in system needs reviewing: doing it ahead of time brought me no benefit, and its failure added stress after a long, hot day travelling through a part of the city I didn’t know.

The rooms are basic, as expected, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s out of the way from the centre.

The room was clean and tidy, basic in the way I expect from the brand. The hotel was about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and you can also get to the city centre by bus or Uber. I’ll keep using B&B hotels, though next time I visit Toulouse I might choose the city centre option.

The hotel was very clean and well insulated against noise. The location is a bit isolated, though, and you need a car to get anywhere. It might be helpful to mention that on the website. I was surprised there was nobody at reception when I arrived and had to call the 24-hour service. The person who answered was rather short on patience and not especially polite, but did answer all my questions.

We could arrive at 1:30 AM, which worked great for our schedule. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice, and for the price you get a lot. The bathroom is tiny, though, and there was only one towel for the two of us.
