Grand Hotel d'Orléans

The room was so disappointing, and the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. I could hear doors slamming, chairs scraping, and people talking all night. It felt more like a windowless box than a proper hotel room. I arrived late and tired from traveling, only to be told at check-in that they couldn’t find my reservation. The front desk staff didn’t speak English, so another guest helped translate. They kept asking me to prove I’d booked, even to show my credit card statement, but all I got by way of explanation was “it’s not possible” and “the computer says no.” After about 15 minutes of confusion, they finally gave me a room. I’d booked through Super.com and chose this hotel only because the Ibis was unavailable, which I deeply regret. The whole experience reflected poor management and very low room standards. I’d never stay here again and can’t recommend it.

The staff were excellent, always polite, considerate, and professional. Breakfast was delicious, hot, and plentiful. We had a very pleasant stay at Hrand Hotel d'Orleans. I took off one star because the room was a little small, though it was adequate and very clean.

It’s in a very good spot near the train station, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

I was very happy to find this hotel through booking com. It’s convenient for participants arriving by train or plane, with the Aero bus terminus at the railway station just a few hundred meters away. The streets were clean and seemed pretty safe and well lit in the evening. I organized an association workshop here and was highly satisfied. The sales office made negotiations easy, and Fanny and her team were incredibly helpful. All the meeting room facilities were available, and drinking water was replenished after each break. The price was satisfactory, and the guest rooms were designed well for comfort and function. The patio brought in plenty of natural light, and every participant was very pleased with the hotel and the meeting room atmosphere. The parking garage felt very secure, with two sets of gates and entry codes. It was spacious, clean, and had nice natural light. I’d highly recommend this hotel for business or tourism.
