The room we'd booked wasn't available, but the staff handled that well and were very accommodating. Everyone we dealt with spoke English, which made the visit much easier, and they were friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. The central location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Toulouse. We had an excellent stay and would definitely come back.

The staff were the highlight, all incredibly kind and helpful. We spent the most time chatting with Vincent, so a special shout-out to him for his help and kindness. We didn't catch everyone's name, but thanks to the whole team at Ibis! The location was great, and the room was quiet and big enough for us. The hotel is being upgraded, but we didn't hear any construction noise in the evenings.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was very good and free, and the price was competitive. Our room at Ibis Toulouse Capitole wasn't huge, but it was clean and comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. We spent a long weekend there at the end of May and really enjoyed it. The location in the centre of Toulouse couldn't be better. Thank you, Ibis Toulouse Capitole!

The location is really good. There’s no oven or kettle in the room, though you can get coffee and water on the ground floor.

Right on Place du Capitole, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did miss a few basic extras you’d expect at similar hotels: more than one bath and hand towel per guest, a magnifying mirror, and tissues.
