Sangha Toulouse Hôtel Bar & Rooftop

The €31 brunch felt like a so-so selection, with only a few savory and sweet options. Most of the food had run out, so come early. It depends what you like, but I’d rather have a full meal than this rather limited tasting-menu style. The weather was gloomy when I went on Sunday, though I could still see the Pyrenees 😍. The rooftop views must be even better in summer.

The room was a bit small, and they hold a €100 deposit that’s only returned within 48 hours. There wasn’t proper air conditioning, so I had to open the windows.

I could get sparkling water whenever I wanted, and I loved the staff’s sunset clothing. There were thoughtful touches all around. My partner and I had a really relaxing staycation at Sangha hotels. The rooftop was lovely, the cocktails were delicious, and breakfast was a feast. The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel design was well done.

The rooms and staff were nice, and I think the hotel deserves a solid 5/5. But at 8 AM I woke up to extremely loud drilling and hammering from other rooms on the same floor. It made the experience disastrous, which is why I first gave it 1/5. I couldn’t upload the video. To be fair, I think this was an occasional problem, and I still highly recommend this good hotel.
