Eklo Hotels Toulouse Cartoucherie Zenith

The restaurant was fully booked while I was there, so it got a bit noisy. Still, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and Mario deserves a special thanks for his warm manner. Great hotel and amazing hospitality, highly recommended!

The view from the top is nice, and the tram stop right outside makes it easy to get around. That stop also means the street can get quite loud, so noise-cancelling headphones may help with sleep. As an eco hotel, the rooms are quite dark and aren't cleaned daily, though that wasn't really a problem for me. The windows face the room access area, so people can see in pretty easily. The blackout blinds are excellent, though, and make it impossible to tell the time when they're down.

The curtains around the bunks were really useful, and everyone at reception was lovely. Our big group had a very good stay. The place was very clean, cleaned often, and towels were changed. Breakfast was okay, basic but good.

Friendly staff and a decent room make this a very good value-for-money choice. The location is excellent too, with bus and tram stops right outside the door.
