The view straight onto the Basilique was superb, and we found the location excellent. Tinami and Mrs Tinami gave us a great welcome. We stayed three nights in room 40 and had breakfast once, which was excellent. Faultless.

At Hotel St Sernin, we had a wonderful stay, with comfortable rooms, a great location, and friendly receptionists. One thing that could be improved: the shower is very slippery, and an anti-slip mat and a handle would help prevent falls.

The balconies are adorable, and the view is magical. It's a cute, clean place at a good price and close to everything. The customer service was excellent, so welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was good too.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the friendly reception staff and the hospitality. Breakfast and cleanliness were well taken care of too. Keep it up, and I hope I can visit again soon. Sincerely, Roland

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is charming, right opposite the basilica. It's close to the sights, with the airport bus stop only a short walk away.
