Clarion Aparthotel Toulouse Le Parc de l’Escale

The rooms are pretty standard, with smaller ones that have a kitchen, fridge, and the basics for a short stay. There’s room service, pets are allowed, and there’s a pool plus a few limited activities around and inside the place. Staff turnover seems frequent. Some employees are fine, but others can be rude, illogical, and not very customer-friendly, and it feels like the less suitable ones are there more often. They also don’t seem to pay much attention to spider webs or dirt building up in a few important spots.

The staff were polite and proper, and the small pool was fine for a quick cool-off. You can tell the hotel is old, though. It’s still an option for a night while passing through or waiting for a flight. Finding the parking lot was a hassle since there are no signs, so we had to search around for quite a while. Even so, it was a good enough stopover.

Getting to the airport was easy, and our welcome was warm. Since we had a baby with us, they did their best to get a room ready 1 hour 30 minutes before check-in. It was clean, too. The location makes sense if you have a car, but it won’t be easy without one, which is really down to your choice.

I stayed here in April-May 2025 and liked it. It was easy to get what I needed, with a bus stop close by and an in-house restaurant, good breakfast, gym, small garden, self-service laundry, and pool. The staff were friendly as well. I’d come back.
