6/10
The bedding was comfortable and the stay was quiet, right in the heart of Toulouse. Unfortunately there’s no gym, and breakfast felt too expensive for what was offered. The choices were very limited compared with other similar brands and four-star hotels.

8/10
We spent four days and three nights at Mercure Toulouse Wilson Central, right in the centre of town. All the tourist sights were walkable, and having a water dispenser at reception made it easy to refill our bottles. The room was fairly clean, but small and a bit too cramped for us.

4/10
The rooms are small and feel stuffy, and the parking spaces seem made for cars smaller than human-sized ones. For the room quality and the hotel’s general standard, it doesn’t feel like good value.

4/10
This feels distinctly average for a central Toulouse hotel, and run-down for a four-star place. The rooms badly need renovation. We had to change rooms because the first one smelled bad. The bed was hard, though a mattress topper made it bearable. Driving down into the parking spaces was a squeaky-bum experience.

10/10
The staff were super nice, and the location on Wilson square is perfect. Restaurants are an easy walk away, as is Capital square with even more choices. Breakfast was very nice.
