I couldn't get into the apartment because the keys weren't in the key box for the place I was meant to stay. The owners read my messages but didn't respond, so I had to contact the website's support for help. With no communication and no one helping, I asked to cancel and get a refund. That could have been the end of it, but now the owners are sending me disparaging messages. An apology would have been more appropriate. They were unprofessional and aggressive, and I would absolutely avoid them.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and we slept really well. Our hosts were kind and professional. I’d happily recommend it.

For a one-night stay, it worked out fine, and the location was excellent. The apartment had the basics we needed, including a full kitchen, though there was no dishwasher, plus a bedroom and bathroom. The main downside was the ground-floor room’s strong musty smell. We did get very helpful phone support when we arrived.

The neighborhood was very quiet, and the ground-floor studio was clean and well insulated. Its kitchen was very well equipped, too. Just a heads-up, the toilet may be uncomfortable for taller people. A lovely place to stay in Toulouse.
