This is a decent 2 star hotel with fantastic breakfast and great staff. I think it’s family owned. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful: I asked about the bus route to my workplace, and he drove me all the way to my office in his car. The lady at the desk was helpful too and gave me good information about Toulouse. Just so you know, there’s no lift, and they don’t accept American Express.

The owner was very nice and tried to help, but this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s very old, and the hallways are dark. The man on reception at night doesn’t speak English. My taxi didn’t arrive at the agreed time, so I politely asked him to call one for me because I don’t speak French. He said he wouldn’t. Very rude. I’ll definitely look for another hotel next time.

The Metro ride into the city takes around half an hour, but the location works well if you're visiting the nearby technology park for business. The staff were very polite and helpful, and both the rooms and breakfast buffet were good.
