The apartment was small, but just about livable. They didn't clean it during our 15-day stay, and cleaning costs extra. We were also charged extra when we asked to change the sheets. Only one set of towels was provided, which may not be enough if something happens. They charge a lot while offering very little, and need to improve if they want good reviews.

Avoid this company. We booked two nights in a very nice, though noisy, apartment through Airbnb for the holidays. After the stay, the host accused us of damaging the sink and asked for €150 to repair a dent. We hadn't caused any damage, so we looked into it and found a photo the owner had posted of that same bathroom 11 months earlier, already showing the dent. Further checking also turned up reports of the company doing similar things. Take my advice and don't book with them if you want to avoid getting caught up in lengthy administrative procedures.

Work travel during this health crisis hasn't been easy, but I found a great place to stay here. Thanks for making my many trips to Toulouse much easier. See you soon!

There was a good spot to park for free, and the neighborhood was quiet and residential. The apartment was small but had everything needed, though it was a bit far from the center.

The two of us had a great time in this super cozy, lovely studio. It had all the appliances we needed, plus air conditioning and a toaster. I'd definitely recommend it and will be back.
