Parking isn't a good fit for a larger car. The room itself was comfortable and roomy, a good choice for two nights of work, and the service was satisfactory.

Being right beside the park is lovely, and the hotel's location is a real plus. The rest of our company trip was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Dinner arrived cold. One guest clearly mentioned a severe allergy while ordering, but it was missed and we still had to pay for the meal. Service was poor. Breakfast wasn't much better: we had to cook our own eggs on a terrible pan, with too many fruit flies around. The AC was weak, and though the pool is a good size, it was absolutely freezing in early August. The kids' playroom is a nice idea, but it wasn't well maintained and had some odd books, including ones showing people holding guns to someone's head. I don't normally write reviews, but there are several areas here that could be greatly improved.

The breakfasts have plenty of choices and are excellent. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after by the friendly housekeeping team. The hotel is conveniently located, and the reception staff are especially helpful and friendly. There's also a swimming pool for hot, sunny days. We can't wait to return.

Cyril deserves a special mention for always greeting us with a smile. We had a lovely stay in Toulouse, enjoyed the breakfast and amenities, and would definitely come back.

We had a pleasant stay and a good working seminar here with a team of 60. The location is good, service was good, the rooms are large, and the meals were good. There's parking available and a small fitness room with a rowing machine, cross trainer, and cycling home trainer, but no treadmill. Luckily the weather was nice, and there were lots of possible running routes nearby along the canal or river.
