It took more than 10 calls and emails to several people in charge before I finally got my security deposit back, after repeated delays and promises that it would arrive by the end of the week. Before that, I had called the residence several times and was assured it would be sent by the end of the two-month period, so I made arrangements based on that. Once the deadline passed, they told me it wasn't their responsibility. They also deducted an apartment cleaning fee that I hadn't been told about, though it was apparently written somewhere in the inventory, even though I left the place spotless. Avoid this residence if you expect professional service, at least once you've paid the residence fee.

When I first arrived in Toulouse, I didn't know the city and couldn't come in person to find a place, so choosing this residence gave me some security. The apartments are clean, utilities are included, and the atmosphere is welcoming, with activities, coaches, and parties. It felt like home, and I recommend it to students.

For someone just starting student life in Toulouse, I'd definitely recommend the Nemea residence. Aline is professional and attentive, and her sports classes, dance workshops, and themed evenings bring residents together and add energy to the place. Her commitment makes it feel warm and welcoming. The bright apartments have everything you need for a first student home, and the common room and gym are great too.

There are lots of activities here, so it's easy to get to know your neighbors and the atmosphere feels friendly. The residence is modern and pleasant, and the apartments are clean and comfortable.
