10/10
The house was peaceful, and we hardly felt like we were in the city. We especially enjoyed the little terrace, with its garden furniture, BBQ, pool, and sauna, a great place to spend time with friends. The bedrooms were roomy, the beds comfortable, and the house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with Antoine was easy, and he responded quickly to our requests, making arrival and departure very simple. We had a fantastic stay at Urbanhouse.

For €940, it felt like the only permitted activity was watching TV, since even a quick swim and a little music could get you kicked out. The neighbors apparently can't tolerate noise, and the owner said he'd canceled several bookings when he thought there was too much. I don't think they understand what a "villa" means. You'd have more fun partying in a retirement home. I strongly advise against staying here.

A quiet place for a romantic weekend, with public transport nearby. Everything is set up to make you feel at home, and the welcome and breakfast were exceptional. A little haven of happiness in the city.

The layout is very good, it's comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. It was otherwise quiet, though being next to the hospital meant frequent helicopter arrivals and departures. Depending on the wind, planes also took off late in the evening and early in the morning.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, pleasant house. Antoine welcomed us warmly and was incredibly attentive. There's a bus stop right opposite the house.
