Le Manoir du Vert Galant

We appreciated the host’s special attention, and even found a baby cot in the apartment. The private parking inside the house was handy too. It’s a lovely, typically Norman house, and definitely one of the best Manoir in Deauville. I highly recommend it!

The beds and linen were wonderful, and the picture windows won me over. The decor is great and the location is perfect. We had a lovely Christmas holiday in this wonderful apartment. In the kitchen, there were practically no oven gloves, strainer, or serving spoons. There were no instructions for the ultra-modern cooker, and I couldn’t work out the microwave since I haven’t used one. The kettle has a mind of its own. Otherwise, it was lovely.

In a quiet residential area, the location is convenient for shopping and entertainment. The place was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable.

The decor is attractive and the place has recently been refreshed, but there wasn’t much else positive. You’ll definitely hear the neighbors, and the room soundproofing is very poor. Even with the radiator turned all the way up, bring two extra layers of clothing. None of the doors close properly. The microwave is only half working, so five minutes on full power won’t cook a pasta dish. The travel cot was defective, and there was no apology. We were told to go fetch another one from the storage room. It’s a perfect example of dressing up the bride.
