A nice site near Tournus, with good-sized pitches on both grass and hard standing. The cafe serves breakfast, dinner, and drinks, and the staff are very friendly. The sanitary facilities are reasonable. There’s a pleasant riverside walk into town.

We found the showers really comfortable, with plenty of space and a good layout, and the toilets and showers were clean. The owners and staff were very friendly and did their best for guests. It’s a lovely little campsite beside a beautiful town, with easy access by bike.

We’ve stayed here several times, and the site is now under new management. The showers have been upgraded, and the water was definitely hotter than last year. There are new cabins for hire that look good and comfortable, though they might not be as warm in early spring or late autumn. It’s handy for the A6, and we like watching the river traffic go by. There are good places nearby to walk the dog, as well as lovely walks along the Soane. It works for one-night stops or longer stays.

A good campsite with a nice host and a decent pitch. The toilet block is clean, though one of the buildings could use an upgrade. It’s close to town, with nice cafes and restaurants, and don’t miss the Abbey. We stayed for just one night on our way home, two people with a small camper in August, for 23 euro.

We came across this lovely campsite on our way to Calais. Reception was friendly and helpful, and the showers, toilets, and other facilities were clean and well equipped. The pitches are flat with plenty of shade, and they sell wine. What more could you want?
