Appart'City Confort Tours

We had a great two-bedroom apartment for four adults and one child. The facilities were good, and the balcony was a nice bonus for eating outside. Getting in was easy and parking was free. The shopping mall is 100 metres away, and there's a tram into Tours center. Our first visit, but we'll definitely return.

We chose this place because they confirmed there would be two baby cribs in the apartment for our twins. When we arrived, there were none. Reception said someone would bring them up, but an hour went by and nobody came. When I went back downstairs, the receptionist said she'd simply forgotten. Later, I asked again and was told there weren't any cribs available. That was all, just “sorry,” with no solution. Imagine arriving at a hotel to find there are no beds, and they just apologize. We had to figure things out with the babies ourselves. A horrible experience, terrible customer service, and not reliable.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. A few hours after checkout, they even called to tell us we'd left some things in the room, which we needed, so that was lucky. This is a fairly new, modern Appart Hotel in the south of the city, with reasonably good facilities. Laundry and parking are available for a small extra charge. The rooms are let down by the layout, though. There's lots of storage but a tiny kitchen, which undermines the point of an Appart Hotel.

Bright, modern, clean, and practical, with great value for money. Bruno went out of his way to help us with one of our bikes. He was really friendly and efficient. In the breakfast room, Amelie brought us extra fruit salad and even made fresh scrambled eggs when they ran out near the end of breakfast. Such helpful staff, thank you! We'll try to come back 😃
