The bistro was a lovely place to spend the evening before bed, and the staff were patient, warm, and good at helping people who speak English. What really stayed with me, though, was the cleaner’s thoughtfulness. She checked whether I was free before coming in, and waited for a better time. When I returned, the room felt completely fresh. She also helped me sort my laundry items and found my lost razor cover, putting everything in order. Those little details really moved me.

We were only stopping over. The room was tiny, but the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water despite the very small bathroom. Reception gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. Paid underground parking right next door was convenient, though it wasn’t cheap.

The place was clean, the staff were great, and we’d definitely come back. Our room was basic, with no tea or coffee facilities. Breakfast was nice, mostly fruit and pastries, with bacon and scrambled eggs too. As a British guest, I would’ve liked the rest of a full English breakfast to be available.

The included buffet breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed in room 318 for two nights, from 24-26 Sept 2024. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable, as my photos show. The street-facing window kept out the noise, so I slept well.

This has to be the smallest hotel room. I couldn’t get through the door with my carry-on case, had to sit sideways on the toilet, and could barely move in the shower. The place feels old and tired.
