We only spent one night here, but the hotel struck a great balance between class and ease. The degustation menu was phenomenal. We'll be back next year for longer, hopefully.

The sweetbreads were perfectly cooked, and anyone who knows their cheeses will love the cheese platter. This Michelin-starred restaurant is a great choice during a stay in Trébeurden. The refined setting, impeccable service, and exquisite food made for a memorable experience. I'd happily return and expect to enjoy it just as much again.

The ocean crashing against the cliffs of this beautiful bretonic cove is part of what makes the atmosphere so lovely. Each room has its own theme, but the maritime feel ties everything together. The place has character, with an old-style chic that's stylish without feeling posh. The food was a gustatory awakening for someone not used to Michelin Star cooking. Service was very friendly without becoming intrusive, and they handled the English menu descriptions flawlessly for guests whose French classes were a decade or two ago. I'd recommend it to people in the area who enjoy the good things in life now and then, without needing everything to be super modern.

The sommelier was knowledgeable and helpful, probably the only person at the hotel who was. The staff were very unfriendly, and the welcome felt borderline rude. Nobody helped with our luggage. Almost nothing in the hotel worked, and when we asked for things to be fixed, they refused and brushed us off curtly. The food was very old-school French, with no variety; it was the same manu every day.

I spent hours watching the ocean change, and the surroundings were stunning. As with most Relais & Chateaux, the food was sensational. A couple of things in the room weren't right, so I can't quite give it five stars, but you won't be disappointed if you go.
