There wasn't even toilet paper for the week, and the welcome bag held only two cleaning product samples. They gave us no basic information, including that the main beach was closed for swimming due to pollution on the first day. The reception was often shut, or the receptionist was busy cleaning. The place wasn't clean, and end-of-stay cleaning wasn't included. The beds weren't made, and there were no towels or bathroom mats. The kitchen was so tiny it was ridiculous. You couldn't open the dishwasher and cupboard at once while standing in front of it. There was nowhere to put our things, like towels, shoes, or beach games. The bed overlapped both the French window and the room's main door. In the living room, there was only a small two-seat sofa and no space for even a little table. It felt like the hotel was trying to save money on everything, and several parts of the stay were miserable.

The children loved Leo and Lea's magic so much that they kept dancing in the bedroom afterward. We had lovely weather at the superb resort and are leaving with wonderful memories. We'll gladly come back. A big thank you to the whole Belambra Le Castel Saint Anne team. The entertainment crew, Abdou, Maïwenn, Stéphanie, Robin, and Lisa, were energetic, kind, and good-humored. The children were delighted from start to finish, and the show deserves a big bravo. The meals were excellent too. Thanks to Seb, Bruno, Mathieu, Jean-Baptiste, Marjolaine, and Sophie, especially for the crêpe parties and the delicious desserts, including the Belambra Cake. At the bar, Seb made varied, delicious cocktails. Caroline, Benjamin, and Morgane at reception gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. And a big thank you to director Thierry! 😄

February brought storms and rain all week, though the resort itself was peaceful day and night. The Penntis accommodations were clean, spacious, and very well equipped. It's a great base for walking the coastal path to Peros or Ploumanac'h. The reception staff were professional and helpful, both on the phone before we arrived and throughout our stay. Thank you.
