The ocean from the balcony was lovely to hear, and little birds even came to quietly sit with us at the table. Our room was peaceful, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool. The beach was an easy walk away, and nearby stores made things convenient. The grounds and pool feel calm and restorative, and the hotel has plenty of potential. But when I asked about the advertised spa, reception told me there wasn't one. The desk staff also didn't speak English or Spanish, and we had to ask for body wash after arriving, which I expected to find in the room. With those things in mind, I’d rate it three stars for now rather than four. A few small improvements could make a big difference.

We spent a week in an ocean-view room and loved it. The room was lovely and clean, and the view was incredible. There’s a great-sized pool, too. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of restaurants along it. A small grocery store and bakery are walkable, and there’s even a vending machine with really good pizza. The location is hard to beat.

The staff were really nice, and we managed fine with a few basic French words, English, and a bit of charades. Like the rest of Martinique, you’ll want some French since not everyone speaks English. It’s a great hotel, with a very good standard for the Caribbean.

The service was great, and everyone was really nice. The hotel is in an amazing spot, and the beach was free of sargassum. The kitchen could have been better, though, and there weren't many pillows on the beds.

The room was really nice and looked out over the ocean, and everything was within walking distance. Parking the rental car was a total nightmare. There weren't enough spaces, and none were assigned to rooms, so I had to keep an eye on the car instead of relaxing with my family.
