Best Western Plus Hostellerie du Vallon

We only stayed one night while meeting a friend on our way back to the UK. The room was spacious and well equipped, and reception was efficient and flexible. The hotel looks beautiful, though the car park is a bit small. We managed to park, but the entrance is awkward: the first door opens automatically, then people wait at the second, which has to be opened by hand. The self-serve breakfast had plenty of choice, though it felt a bit expensive. We'd stay again if we're in the area.

The parking can be a challenge when the hotel is full. Apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay. As a solo traveller, I've often ended up with an inferior room elsewhere, but that wasn't the case here. The customer-facing staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The gentleman at reception was especially helpful.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's a lovely hotel in a great location. I'd definitely stay again if I come back to Trouville.

It's quiet here, with a large car park, and only a short walk into the town centre. We've stayed twice and had a really pleasant experience both times. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are stylish and well furnished, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, with plenty to eat. We'd come back if we're in the area again.
