There’s free overnight parking nearby, and it’s only a short walk to the old town, with lots of restaurants. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, especially the home-made jams.

Very good, though a little too noisy.

It wasn’t a great stay. The room was extremely hot even with the heating switched off. The sink was blocked, the tap had no cold water, and the shower floor wasn’t very clean. We’d arranged breakfast by email, but nothing was being served in the morning, so we went without. There was no one at reception when we arrived or when we left. I think we may have been the only guests in the hotel.

The hotel is well located, but we had no hot water for the whole time we were there. It was just one night, but that meant we couldn’t shower on Saturday evening or Sunday morning. If we’d planned a longer stay, I would have cut it short. Breakfast was the only goodwill gesture they could offer.

I was delighted with my stay at this family-run hotel in Troyes. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Romain for his kindness and dedication. He made my stay feel special. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it for a pleasant, easy stay in Troyes with a personal touch.
