Kyriad Troyes Centre

We spent one night here, stayed a night at another hotel, then came back for another night. What a great hotel, it deserves five stars. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely presented, and every staff member was polite and helpful. Alexia at reception went above and beyond, and the other reception staff were fantastic too. Thank you, everyone, for such an amazing first stay. If we're in that part of France again, we'll absolutely stay here.

This was our second stay, and it's excellent value for money. I've tried several budget hotels in France, and Kyriad is top of the list. Parking was €12 when we stayed, underground and gated. It's a short walk into the centre, with restaurants and supermarkets around. The room was clean, comfortable and great.

You can walk straight from here into the beautiful historic city centre. The hotel is easy to reach, with clean, well-kept rooms and an excellent garage at a low price. Staff are friendly young people who speak good English. There's a cozy lobby with a modern coffee bar, and the breakfast area is pleasant with good coffee.

A simple, nice hotel with a car park, good service and a pleasant bar area. The in-room refreshments were poor.
