The rooms have been beautifully renovated, the decor is lovely, and breakfast was great. The staff were awesome, always ready to ask how they could help, and the location in lovely Troye is perfect. One of the best boutique hotels we've stayed in for a long time. Definitely somewhere we'd return to!

Dinner and breakfast by the fire were both really enjoyable, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. When we arrived at 6pm, they gave us a warm welcome and helped with our bags and parking the car. The hotel is very attractive, and our recently renovated room, la Chapelle, was lovely.

We had a large dog with us, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, as does the town, and it's super close to the cathedral in amazing Troyes. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Can't recommend it enough!

Breakfast was the highlight, fresh, varied and delicious. We also slept wonderfully in the very comfortable bed. The room was well appointed, balancing modern amenities with old-world charm. Hotel Le Champ des Oiseaux is a charming historic gem in a beautifully preserved old building, with a peaceful, historic feel throughout. For a quiet stay in a beautiful setting with excellent hospitality, it's an ideal choice. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the building is stunning. We had an amazing three-night stay in a perfect location. We'll certainly stay here again when we're in Troyes.
