Le Vauluisant - Tout confort Hyper Centre classé 3 étoiles - Mon Groom Premium

I’ve worked with Franck for more than a year while he’s managed my apartment, and I’m very happy with him. He and his team are professional and quick to respond, and the guests are satisfied. I highly recommend him.

We booked an apartment for five people, but there were only four chairs at the table. The walls were rotten with damp and mold. With two very young children, the cold was awful. There was no hot water or heating when we arrived at the apartment managed by Mon Groom, Le Payen, at 17 Rue Lucien Morel Payen, 10000 Troyes, France. Mon Groom couldn’t fix the problem, didn’t send a heating technician, and refused to speak to us or answer our messages. They did nothing. Horrible and shameful.

The apartment was filthy, with hair, crumbs, and even fingernails on the floor. It looked nothing like the photos, yet cost €80 a night, plus an exorbitant cleaning fee despite not having been cleaned. When I asked for a refund, they said it was a joke and accused us of smoking. That’s ridiculous: we’re not smokers, left 30 minutes after checking in, and she didn’t mention smoking in the review she left me. It felt like a last resort accusation because they didn’t want to refund us. Avoid at all costs!

The place was completely unsanitary and smelled damp. One air conditioner was broken, which made the bedroom unusable. Groom B&B blames the owner and won’t give a refund. The photos speak for themselves.
