Urban Spa Cosy Zen

It's an experience worth trying. The love room has a BDSM theme and is very well equipped, but you can choose what to use. There's also a photo shoot option if you want to add something unique to your stay. The room is in the city center with a view of the cathedral, and privacy won't be a problem.

The apartment is beautiful and pleasant, and the staff were attentive and responsive. The instructions were clear too, so the weekend went smoothly. Still, for the price, I expected everything to be perfect. The TV didn't work, and we were asked to troubleshoot it like a technician, but couldn't fix it. When the jacuzzi drained, dirty water filled the shower. The window made it feel as if we were outside because of the cold and noise. On top of that, pigeons on the roof kept us awake with their claws tapping through the night. For that price, I expected a better stay.

The bed was excellent, and the surroundings were quiet, so I slept really well. The apartment is right in the heart of town, close to the cathedral and Place de l'Hotel de Ville, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It's comfortable and well equipped, though the second-floor walk-up has no elevator. After a busy day, the sauna and balneotherapy setup were a real treat. The equipment was clean and easy to use, with thoughtful extras like robes and plenty of towels. Nicolas had left clear instructions in both digital and paper form, including how to use the key box, which made arrival simple. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there was a Bluetooth speaker too. Street parking may be available depending on when you arrive; if not, the public car park is under five minutes away on foot. A lovely address for a stay in a very pretty city.

The apartment is spacious and quiet, with its own entrance and a view of the cathedral. But for the price, the condition is disappointing. The whirlpool tap was broken, paint was peeling, and there were cracks in the ceiling. There are no shutters and the curtains don't block enough light, so the apartment gets bright early in the morning. We also heard unpleasant noises from what might have been mice or pigeons above the plasterboard ceiling. The price should be adjusted, or the place needs renovation.
