Since July 2025, the advertised hours have been completely wrong. The tobacconist isn't open when it says it is, and apparently is only meant to open for four hours in the afternoon, if that!

The brand looks open when it's actually closed. It's like the first thing they want to do in the morning is insult you.

It's never open during its posted hours. Being there when you've said you'll be open is the bare minimum for respecting customers. Another tobacconist that won't manage it and then will cry about it. A disgrace. And the tobacco tins they sell are often already open, which feels like fraud. 👃

I recently found this place, and the owners were so friendly. Such a pleasure, thanks for the warm welcome. I recommend it, and I'll see you soon for more Sienna! 😉😉😉
