Domaine de Peyrafort

We had a superb stay, thank you. Madame Prive was very attentive, the breakfast was excellent, and there’s a large, pleasant garden. The house is beautifully furnished and has a real sense of history.

Ian & Francis were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable, while still giving me space to relax and enjoy the vibe. The rooms and showers were faultless, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The Manor sits up in the beautiful hills of Tulle, surrounded by a meadow where the wildflowers were just starting to appear. I had a wonderful few days here. I’d highly recommend it if you’re passing through that way. excellent

On our way to Spain, we always stay here for the night. It’s a lovely old Manoir that’s been renovated with modern amenities, and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The owners are warm, friendly, and competent. We’ll keep coming back to the Manoir as long as we can. It’s always been just perfect.

We were turned away after saying we’d arrive after 8pm. When we finally reached them by phone, after trying repeatedly during the day, they abruptly told us to cancel the reservation. That left us with nowhere to sleep on the last day of our holiday. My husband and I had booked one night at Manoir XV Domaine de Peyrafort during our road trip across France and Spain. We’d had a lovely time at the other B&Bs, meeting great people and staying with accommodating hosts, so this was a huge disappointment. We’d had a long drive and were already due to arrive after their restrictive 5-8pm check-in window. Luckily, we found a fantastic alternative with lovely people. After reading the recent reviews, I think we had a lucky escape!
