The room was clean and felt fresh, though it was quite dated and had no air conditioning. I didn't manage to use the spa, and hotel guests still had to pay 7 euros to rent towels because the room towels weren't suitable to take there. That makes it hard to call the spa free for guests.

Dinner here was incredible, so be sure to reserve a table. The place has a lovely atmosphere, with clean, quaint surroundings and great staff. It's tucked away in the Alsace foothills, off the beaten path, but very nice. A junior suite may be worth the splurge for the mountain views.

I couldn't find a way to post a review on your website, so I wanted to say how much we enjoyed the hotel during our ski holiday last February. The food was wonderful, the team was so friendly, and the atmosphere was charming. After skiing, the warm pool was great, and the location worked well for the ski schools. Our children were so happy. It was perfect for couples or families with children. Thank you!

We came for a wellness break, my adult daughter and I, and really enjoyed the facilities, the magnificent view, and the delightful four-course dinner. The hotel sits high above Turckheim, a little out of the way, though Colmar and Kaisersberg are only minutes away. The guests did seem to skew older, which could matter if you're under 50. The rooms were clean and comfortable but dated. I enjoy kitschy decor, though that red velvet French Provincial headboard may not suit everyone. It's a matter of taste, but this seems a good value, especially if you've received a Smartbox for your birthday.

The restaurant food was superb, and the spa was spotless and a nice place to unwind after a long drive. We had a large room with a lovely view, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
