L'Appart du Vigneron

Dominique was such a welcoming, funny, sweet and helpful host. When she learned my wife was pregnant, she switched our room from the second floor to the first without us needing to ask. In my experience she's one of the best, if not the best, people to manage a hotel. The hotel is a gem, with a perfect location beside the market and restaurants, plus some lovely walks nearby. The rooms are mesmerizing, like something from an old movie. Dominique did a great job. Super recommended!

After my stay I accidentally left a tablet behind and contacted the hotel several times. It took multiple emails before I got a reply, and then communication stopped. I offered to cover all postage and handling, but was ignored. The poor follow-up and lack of responsibility show a serious gap in customer service and professionalism. Very disappointing.

The owner was very helpful when places to eat in Turckheim were limited and demand was high, finding us somewhere for the night. We had a good overnight stop on our biking trip, with a clean, comfortable room of a good size and a good breakfast. I'd happily stay again.

A great base for the Route des Vins, close to Turckheim's old town center, with public parking nearby. Watch out for the Friday market, as you'll need to move your car. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast plentiful, and the host friendly. Definitely recommend.
