Breakfast included tasty local produce, and the owners were friendly. The place was lovely, clean, and comfortable, about 10 minutes from St Jean pied de port.

The owners were nice and the rental itself was fine, but the road noise never let up. We ended up leaving two days early.

The room and grounds were kept beautifully, and we loved having the outdoor pool. Our Arradoy room was bright and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was roomy too, though it stayed quite humid. We spent 11 days in Pierre and Célestine’s charming Basque house, just a two-minute walk from Saint Jean Pied de Port. It felt peaceful and restorative, with nature all around. Pierre and Célestine were kind, attentive, and very organized, and their tips for places to see and hikes were a big help during our holiday. The homemade meals were a highlight. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with generous, varied servings made from high-quality organic local produce. Dinner included a starter, main course, cheese, dessert, wine, and coffee or tea. Thanks again, Pierre and Célestine, for such a warm welcome and a relaxing stay. See you soon! (Is that right?)

The host really knows the area and gave us lots of useful advice, especially handy for hikers. We also enjoyed the good-value set menu dinner for 25 euros. Breakfast was good quality, though a little repetitive, with no eggs and apple juice every day. The guesthouse is charming and surrounded by nature, yet only two minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. Our room was super comfortable and had its own terrace. Highly recommended.

The dinner was absolutely delicious, a real culinary marvel. We had a very pleasant stay despite the weather, with a warm welcome and lots of lovely moments together. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was generous with really high-quality products.
