The apartment was clean and had a really welcoming feel. We stayed at La Rosée du Matin while visiting the spa at Ussat-les-Bains, a five-minute walk away. I came from Saint-Étienne to accompany my mother for her spa treatment, and she found the grab bar very helpful for getting in and out of the bathtub. The gîte was cozy and comfortable. Marie
The quiet here is truly restorative, and the setting feels enchanting, just right for unwinding. Sylvie was available whenever we had questions. A dependable internet connection would be the one thing that could be improved. Thank you for your hospitality. 😺☺️
We felt right at home, and the thoughtful touches waiting in the room were a lovely extra. The apartment was very clean and stayed cool in hot weather. It had all the comforts we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Sylvie also suggested some great places to visit and restaurants. I highly recommend it.
Sylvie made our stay easier at every turn, with regional information, free entry to certain sites, and discount vouchers. She also brought us homemade cakes, which were a real treat. The cottage had everything we needed and was very well equipped. A perfect place to stay. Thanks again for the stay.
The cottages are very expensive, even if the apartment does have everything you need. The room, La Rosée du Matin, cost 1300 euros for three weeks. When we arrived, before we even had time to put our things down, she asked us for a 500 euro deposit cheque. If another person comes to join you, don't forget to bring your cheque book, as if we hadn't already paid enough. She is a very kind woman in herself, but that doesn't make up for everything. I don't recommend it.
