Pascal's charming hotel has kept its high standards on the few times I’ve stayed here. The welcome is warm and friendly, the bedrooms are cosy, clean, and inviting, and both dinner and breakfast are exquisite. It makes for a very enjoyable stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The hostess is charming, and the garden is full of flowers. This lovely house is 4 km from Usson-en-Forez, with very pleasant rooms. It’s a great stop for a lovely evening and night, highly recommended. If you’re traveling on foot or by bike, consider having dinner there.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and I slept incredibly well in this very peaceful place. Pascale's house is right on the Camino de Santiago route, just past Usson-en-Forez, and the location was convenient as I passed through. A huge thank you to Pascale for welcoming me and looking after me so well. Thanks too for showing me "the workshop" with his father's fire-making loom.

After about fifty kilometers on our bikes, we were very glad to have such a delicious, restorative dinner, followed by a comfortable room for a good night's sleep. The next morning there was a hearty breakfast, just right for getting back in the saddle early and ready to take on the day. We’re a couple of cyclists, and the hostess warmly welcomed us on October 6th to this beautifully restored granite building, tucked away in the cool plateaus of the Forez region.
