We enjoyed dinner at Aubergine so much that we went back three times. I met the owner, Esther, during my visit, and her enthusiasm for the restaurant and hotel came through in the warm welcome and the care behind the food and service. Aubergine also works as a hotel, and its quiet setting and rustic wood interior with alpine touches make for a cozy French mountain feel. The menu brings together traditional French recipes and newer ideas, with beautifully presented plates and local specialties. The food made a lasting impression on me. The staff were welcoming to children too, with a kids’ menu and attention to specific dietary needs. Families, couples, and food lovers can all have a relaxed meal here. It’s a lovely spot for a memorable dinner.

Such a lovely place, with kind, caring staff. The kitchen can make delicious vegetarian meals, too. The hotel and restaurant are both wonderful.

The staff were friendly, and the food was amazing for a fair price. It felt like premium dining, and it may be the best food I’ve ever eaten.

The owner was very kind, and the restaurant was very good. The hotel has been newly renovated, and the location is beautiful. I’ll come again.
