The French agency's description and photos are too limited to encourage potential customers to book. That lack of transparency also feels like an unnecessary burden.

For €301 over two nights, the value just wasn't there. The tap water stayed brown throughout our visit, and the €15 Wi-Fi wasn't working. We had to call the agency to get the connection details, then call again when they didn't work, but they offered no fix. When we handed in the keys, we were told we should have called a second time and that it was "too bad for us," with no regard for the fact the service hadn't been provided. There were several safety and upkeep problems too. An electrical connection was exposed in the bathroom, the parquet was in poor shape with gaps, and the step between the balcony and apartment wasn't marked, making it a fall risk. Getting to the upper bunk was awkward as well, because a bar on the ladder blocked normal access and meant contorting to get into bed. Cleanliness was disappointing from the start: dirty dishes, including knives with residue, dust in the bathroom, a very clogged ventilation system with dust built up, and visible dirt around the bathtub. It's a shame, because with basic attention to maintenance, customer service, and feedback, the stay could have been completely different.

We've been loyal Pra Loup customers for more than 40 years, especially with La Godille, and have the same apartment booked again for 2027. Every year the stay is so well organized, with a warm welcome, clean apartment, helpful and responsive service, and real professionalism. It's reassuring to count on such a dependable, attentive team. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and thank La Godille for making our visits to Pra Loup so successful.
