We paid 110 euros, and having to make the bed and wash dishes ourselves felt like too much. Read this and make up your own mind. We booked through booking and were asked for a 300 euro deposit when we arrived, which seemed excessive. The bed is a sofa that you have to unfold, make up with sheets, then clean and fold away again. They also expect you to wash the dishes or they'll charge you. It made me feel like I was back in the army. On vacation, I don't want to clean and make my bed. Check-in was at 17:00, and arriving earlier would cost 40 euros. Checkout was at 10 o'clock, so you have to get up early. Want to leave at 12? That's another 40 euros. The walls are paper-thin; you can hear someone in the next room whispering. People were smoking weed outside too, and the room smelled terrible. I'm sure I forgot some problems, but never mind.

The chefs deserve a big thank you for preparing a healthy, varied buffet each time. Mehdi, Catherine, Momo, and Halina were also a lovely crew who made our trip unforgettable. We had a great journey thanks to them.

The residence is conveniently located for the "shopping gallery," a small square with shops, bars, and all sorts of services, including mountain-bike rentals for downhill rides. I visited in August. Our room was small, with tiny bedside tables and no hangers. There were only a few pans and pots, and using the sofa beds with the dining table was uncomfortable. We asked for pillowcases during our three-day stay but never got them. The girl who checked us in was very kind, though it wasn't immediately clear where to check in because the hotel's name is different from "soleil...".

Everybody was superb and friendly, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our request. Their help made our stay special. Based on the customer service we experienced, I couldn't recommend this place more.
