It's a great resort with friendly people, and we've stayed here for two years. The newly opened restaurant was unfortunately the worst place we've eaten. I ordered duck breast and first got one that was completely burnt, with the skin 100% black. After I sent it back, the meat came out raw and ice cold. The onion soup tasted like water.

The atmosphere was nice, but the manager arguing with us at the end over two kids' meals that never arrived was ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this new restaurant. We were six children and four adults, but only four kids' plates came out. After waiting 10 minutes, we asked them not to bring the other two, and the kids shared the four plates. The food was okay, not amazing. The kids' menu was €25 for squash, chicken and chips, and pudding, while the adult menu was €55 for three courses. When we arrived, we were told there was a special New Year menu with only two choices, neither vegetarian, even though one person in our party was vegetarian. They hadn't mentioned that the regular menu was unavailable.

The reception staff went above and beyond, always ready to help despite the language barrier. They let us keep a bigger room as a goodwill gesture, gave us good tips on places to visit, and the manager even spoke on the phone for me to French tourist sites. The room was lovely, and the place is very well kept. The pool area and spa were great, there were lots of facilities, and the setting was stunning with many attractions nearby. Best customer service.

The ski lifts are just around the corner, and it's a cozy place to stay with family. The apartments are a bit cramped, but they have everything you need. I was very pleased with the stay I had there with my family.

It's dog friendly and good value for money. We booked an apartment for six for just the two of us, and it felt a bit claustrophobic, though it did the job: a bed, table, and small kitchen. It's in a quiet corner of the area, and you need to take a ski lift and then follow a long path to reach a bigger lift and more ski slopes.
