The countryside around Lapie was lovely, with cornfields dotted with white poppies and beautiful nature. We really enjoyed our family stay. Joy was so caring and welcoming, and serving breakfast gave her a chance to get everyone chatting in a warm, familiar way. It was also a rare treat to meet someone who speaks English in this part of France.

A relaxed, pleasant place to stay, and clean too. The welcome was friendly, and breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and homemade jams. There’s also a kitchen area guests can use.

The peaceful setting has real character and an authentic charm. It was easy to unwind there, away from the usual bustle. The rooms are comfortable as well as attractive, with tasteful décor and practical touches that make you feel at ease. The hostess was kind, welcoming, and readily available whenever needed, while still giving us space. A lovely choice for anyone after comfort, a friendly atmosphere, and a sense of authenticity.
