We booked a table for four at the French restaurant to wrap up a great weekend together, and had such a lovely evening that we took a group photo with the chef. The owner served us himself and helped choose dishes to suit our tastes. We also asked him to recommend a wine, and it was even better than we expected. The service was exactly what we could have hoped for.

We had lunch here as a group of four, though we didn't stay at the hotel. The food was nice, but the bill was €200 for four tiny dishes, four glasses of wine, and two coffees. Verbonne has other places that are just as nice and give you much better value.

27 euros for two basic drinks, a gin and tonic and an Aperol. That's daylight robbery. It's a backstreet bar with no view, and they didn't show us a drinks menu, so we only found out the price after ordering.
