L'Oustalet D'Anicette

Breakfast was good, and it was easy to park nearby. The house has everything you need, and the people there were genuinely charming and welcoming. I felt very well looked after and would happily recommend it.

We arrived there in a pretty awful situation: our car suddenly broke down, leaving my husband, our two children and me stranded by the highway. We found Anicette and Joël's home through Google and its positive reviews, and they welcomed us warmly when we were distressed. Their humor and kindness soon made us feel at ease, and even made us want to come back for a proper holiday. The rooms were very clean and pleasant, with everything arranged for comfort. Breakfast was generous, with thoughtful touches, and the good mood carried through our stay. Joël was also incredibly kind: he drove me to collect a rental car and took me to get some essential shopping on the evening we arrived. What began as a disappointing breakdown turned into a happy, unexpected getaway, and we have lovely memories of it with the kids. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Anicette's love of cinema comes through in the pretty rooms and their original decor. The hosts gave us great suggestions for local places to visit and restaurants nearby. They were charming and made us feel very welcome. Everything was perfect. Bravo and thank you.

We came away won over by Anicette and her partner, both for their warm welcome and the stories they shared about their lives. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend this guesthouse for a lovely stay. A big thank you to our hosts.
