The location is ideal, right on the edge of the old town, with a lovely park nearby that our dogs loved. We brought our two pups and they were welcome. There’s secure, uncovered parking, but they advise booking it ahead by contacting the hotel. The staff were as friendly and helpful as others have mentioned, and that made the stay even nicer.

Everything about our stay was excellent. After we left, housekeeping found my jacket and told the Front Desk team. The Front Office staff let me know, then MailBoxes arranged to have it delivered home. I’m very grateful to everyone for taking such good care of it, and so glad to have my jacket back.

If I’d known this place was really two stars at most, I could have adjusted my expectations. The star rating needs another look. The carpet was very dirty and the shower moldy, so we had to book another hotel for the one night we’d planned to stay. Its location is convenient and it may suit someone looking for a cheap place who doesn’t care about much else, but it’s not for adults who value comfort.

Breakfast was fresh and good, and the customer service was great. Secure parking was a bonus. Our room was small but very comfortable. The lobby felt modern and clean, and the location worked well for restaurants, shops, and bars. It’s on the main road into the city, though, so there can be noise.

The staff were cheerful and VERY helpful, and the room was quiet and comfortable. There’s secure parking with EV charging, and the lovely Saturday Market is nearby. Breakfast was good, though it wasn’t clear where everything was, like the milk. The poached eggs were watery, and I know they’re not really a French thing.
