4/10
We loved the hotel itself, especially the pleasant pool area and outdoor bar. We skipped the *** Dinner, but ate at Bistro André and had the breakfast included with our room booking. The service was atrocious, even for the most discerning diner. Two of the plats weren't available, though the food was OK and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast looked more Instagram-ready than it tasted. If this is modern healthy French food, you can keep it. The pastries were tasteless; the fruit tarts were the prettiest and tastiest part. It was a fixed breakfast and a big disappointment. Maybe I'll regret missing the full dinner, but I'll never know, because I won't return.

The warm hospitality at the hotel rounded out the whole experience. I've eaten at countless restaurants around the world, but dining at the Michelin 3-star Maison Pic was the pinnacle. The service was unforgettable, the cuisine extraordinary, and the wine list astonishingly varied. I look forward to coming back soon.

Every expectation was exceeded, from the kind staff and tailored experiences during our stay to the bistrot and the main Pic restaurant. Absolutely divine. We'll definitely be back soon, and hope to meet the chef next time.

The hotel is in town on a quiet street, which we hadn't expected, but it worked out great: there's a supermarket and cafe down the road. English isn't widely spoken, though the staff went above and beyond to understand our questions and requirements. Our room was gorgeous and looked over the kitchen at Restaurant Pic. We really enjoyed the tasty food and friendly, funny service at Bistro Andre, a great choice for a casual lunch or dinner. The highlight was dinner at Restaurant Pic. We loved every dish, and appreciated the effort they made to accommodate my dietary requirements. A delightful stay!

We loved the beautiful balcony and lounge, and the rooms were modern, very clean and still full of charm. Everyone was attentive and the service was great. The hotel is on a somewhat busy street, and construction outside added some chaos and noise, though it wasn't too overwhelming. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center. The attached Michelin restaurant was unbelievable. Chef Pic came out several times to check that people were happy, and they all were. Dinner ran almost five hours, so plan to settle in, though there was plenty of food to keep you satiated. Fantastic hotel and world-class restaurant.
