We had a wonderful time here, and the place was clean and practical. The owner was welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was very generous. A perfect spot to enjoy time with someone you love. Highly recommend!

The worst part was the damp, noisy room: it was wet from floor to ceiling, with no ventilation, loose tiles, and no smoke detector. Rodents made noise in the ceiling all night. The internet was so bad we couldn't connect to the TV. There were problems throughout the room, including a badly attached, upside-down shower head, a loose toilet cistern, a coming-loose LED light, an old worktop, and a torn jacuzzi cover. We stayed one night, from the 19th to the 20th, in the Gold Suite in Onnaing for €170, including breakfast. Breakfast was set for 9 am, with an extra charge to have it earlier, but we never got any. A 20cl bottle of water cost €2. When we raised these issues, our host told us, "Start bothering me." It's incomprehensible to rent out a room like this. Get things fixed and make sure guests are satisfied. Absolutely avoid this place!

The included breakfast had fresh croissants and baguette, and the care we received was excellent. After a day of cycling, relaxing in the large private whirlpool was a real treat. Everything was clean and tidy. From the facade, you wouldn't expect the 'Aladdin's Cave' inside.
