Being right beside a chairlift meant we could ski straight from the hostel, which was great. We stayed over Christmas and the staff were really helpful. Our Decathlon all-inclusive deal came with meals, and they were pretty good, especially the huge, tasty raclette serving. The dorm beds were short on headroom, at least the top bunk, but the privacy curtains and safes were handy.

The dorm room was on the small side, though the beds were really comfortable. For 150 euros each, our five-day demi-pension package through decathlontravel included breakfast, dinner, ski hire, a lift pass, and a shared dorm bed. Dinner was filling and delicious, with a dish of the day served with either a starter or dessert, or options like raclette and fondue. The pass also covered La Norma, which was easy to reach by free shuttle from Valfréjus. The hostel had a lovely atmosphere and very nice staff.

Our kids loved staying here. The staff were kind, and the common lounge and restaurant had a nice feel. It's well located, too.

Meeting friendly people from all over made this a great solo trip. We shared dinners, I went skiing with someone I met at the hostel, and in the evenings we relaxed together over games or just conversation. Xavier and Julie made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. I booked the full package with breakfast and dinner, and especially loved the soups. There was a different dish to try each evening.

The communal kitchen was clean and had everything I needed, including a fridge, kettle, and stove. Alice was so helpful. Lovely stay!
