The bathroom door wouldn’t close because the latch didn’t line up, which seems like it may never have worked. Apart from that, it was a great little overnight stop, and breakfast was good. The woman at the desk was very friendly and polite, and her perfect English made things much easier. Thanks!

Getting into Geneva took a lot of time and money, since the hotel is about 40-45 km from the city. Breakfast was sparse, with little variety or quality, and there was no air conditioning or refrigerator, which made the warm weather uncomfortable. The room also had mosquitoes, bedbugs, and cockroaches; we were covered in bites, and there were no screens on the windows. My stay at Kyriad Bellegarde - Genève fell short of what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to anyone looking for comfort or an easy trip to Geneva.

The service was okay and the place was fairly clean, but the rooms need repairs. Outlets were broken, the ventilation was hanging, the toilets didn’t work, and the doors stuck.

The area itself is pretty dull, and we were worried when we first arrived. The rooms turned out to be clean enough, with comfortable beds and great pillows. There was a slight odd smell, but opening the window helped. Staff were very friendly and did their best to help us in English while we tried speaking French. We had a nice three-course meal for 25 euro, and breakfast was good too.

Daphnee was lovely and kind to everyone, even with what seemed like everyone arriving to check in at once. The room was quiet, tidy, and smelled clean, with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable!! Breakfast had a good range of food and both hot and cold drinks. I’d happily come back if I’m passing through again.
