I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’d gladly stay here again. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and very friendly. It’s just a short walk from the historic centre, though the hotel itself isn’t in the centre, so the location was nearly perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back. The room was cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable, and the room service staff were really nice. Even on my first day, after the restaurant had closed, they were able to bring mint tea to my room. The conditions were good, with nothing to complain about.

A great base for visiting the city and nearby islands. The staff go above and beyond to help.

We had a great few days exploring Vannes. The hotel is clean and modern, and nicely central, less than 10 minutes from the old town. Breakfast and the room-service food were really good. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them, and they quickly posted the iPad we’d left in the room. They kept us well informed about it too. Five stars!

The staff service was absolutely horrendous. I was insulted both when checking in and when checking out. The only saving grace was that the rooms were clean, which I appreciated after being treated so badly by other staff.
